I was thoroughly impressed with the treatment my son and his friends received there. They had a great time. The Laser Tag was a wonderful event, and a great idea to allow the party to be in the room as a group.It was great fun. The other activities were also fun, with some of the kids getting to enjoy rock climbing or riding a simulated jet for their first time! The best part of the day in my opinion was the excellent service and treatment we received from the staff there. We really appreciated the attentiveness of all the staff, from the greeting at the door to the assistance at the events, and from the food service to payment. Then entire staff was courteous and welcoming. We were not rushed, like we felt we were at other establishments, and were treated very well. We were especially appreciative since the guest of honour got stuck in traffic for 45 minutes! When I called, the staff assured me that things would be taken care of during our traffic woes, and they were. We will definitely consider another birthday party at fun junction, and congratulate them for their service!" |
